The Wilderness Grill will be at The Flavor of the North this year! Hosted by The United Way of Northeastern Minnesota. All event proceeds will support their Buddy Backpack Program, which provides supplemental backpacks full of nutritious, child-friendly food to at-risk youth. Participating area restaurants will prepare a menu item and demonstate their food, atmosphere and customer service to event guests. Throughout the evening, attendees will vote for their favorite food in four categories: Best Appetizer, Best Entree, Best Dessert and Best Beverage - by secret ballot. In addition to sampling cuisine from acoss the Iron Range, those attending will enjoy a variety of wine and beer tastings along with a silent and live auction.
